MACHINE DESCRIPTION

Product Description

Mainly used for hemming and sewing of mattresses, quilts, blankets and other bedding products. It can trim edges and add labels at the same time.

1. One needle and two threads (upper thread and bottom thread) are quilted with a shuttle, and the forward, backward, and replenishing stitches are controlled by foot pedals, and the leftover materials from trimming are automatically collected.
2. A traction device can be installed to automatically pull the product without manual pushing and pulling.
3. An air blowing workbench can be installed to reduce frictional resistance, making it lighter and faster when turning corners, greatly improving work efficiency.
4. The width of the side belt can be 30-65MM, and the side belt pull tubes of different sizes can be used. A machine comes with one size, and multiple sizes need to be purchased separately.
5. The quilting thickness is about 3CM.
6.With thread & needle cooling system, thread & needle can be lubricated and cooled by C10 oil, avoiding the thread & needle breakage as thread leaping.
9.The sewing speed is controlled with imported needle position motor and control box.
10.The machine can sew both thin material with 10mm and thick material with 100mm.
